18m Truck Mounted Access Platform

Our Ascendant truck mounted access platform offers industry-leading outreach on a 3.5t chassis cab. In the real world, effective horizontal outreach is always more important than the ultimate working height, and Ascendant make sure that their machine can reach further with a full load in the cage.

The platforms are fully hydraulic, so there are no complicated electronics to limit the reach based on load.  There is also much less to go wrong and the machine is simpler to operate.

The A18-13TJ boasts a working height of 18m and horizontal outreach of 13m, with a SWL of 230kgs in the platform.  It has a two-section all-steel telescopic boom with a 2.4m long jib and 125-degree working arc.  It has direct hydraulic proportional controls at the cage and base with 180 degree powered cage rotation. There are four H-section stabilisers with one-sided jacking facilities, which makes them ideal for confined areas. The cage is aluminium.
