Work experience with Warren Access

Ellis takes a trip up in our 21m truck mounted platform and learns all about marketing during his work experience with Warren Access

Huntingdon Operations Manager son, Ellis, visits Warren AccessMeet Ellis, the son of Nikki, our Huntingdon Operations Manager. He first visited our offices ten years ago when the Huntingdon side of the business first opened and was just taking off. He was just 6!

Fast forward ten years, and Ellis was back in the office for work experience and learning all about the powered access industry, and we were so happy to be able to give him the opportunity.

While he was only with us for a couple of days of work experience, we certainly kept him busy, and he got a trip up on one of our 21m truck mounted platforms. During his time, he helped out in the yard, completing odd jobs and assisting with changing one of the batteries in our vans – thank you, Ellis.

Ellis is currently studying A-Level Business and is learning all about marketing and analytics so he was very happy that he also got some time with our Director, Michelle, who handles all our marketing and was able to pass on her valuable insights.

He had this to say following his work experience: “I thoroughly enjoyed my week of work experience with Warren Access. I feel I have learned a lot and now have a better understanding of how this Company runs. The business side of Warren Access I found very interesting and enjoyable, alongside the training section which was also just as much fun as it was tough work.”
