An update from Foundation Futures

We’re proud of all our work with Foundation Futures. They are a not-for-profit community interest company that supports young people in North East England. Through work with local businesses, community and third-party organisations, Foundation Futures help struggling young people discover their talents. They open their eyes to the world of work and show there is no one path to success. It’s a real pleasure to be one of those companies and to open our depot doors to young people looking for experience and work opportunities. It’s a chance for them to learn all about the work at height industry and the many opportunities within it.

We don’t always get to find out what happens once they leave us though, so it was lovely to receive a video about some of the people on their 2019 Building Foundations programme. You can view it here.
